We want to make shopping at ANNATOMY as convenient and safe as possible. That's why we offer many secure payment options. In short, you can pay:

1) Online through: VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, GCash, GrabPay, or PayMaya

2) OTC (over the counter) at a branch of: Cebuana, 7-Eleven, Mulhuillier

3) COD (cash on delivery) with: cash or with card through GCash

4) In Instalments using: BillEase

Do you rather pay through Viber, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, SMS, or e-mail? No problem. ANNATOMY can send you a payment link, that includes the product description and purchase amount. You can pay on the spot using a card, e-wallet, or OTC. You will receive a real-time payment confirmation once the payment is received.

When you purchase at annatomy.ph with a credit card or debit card, you will be re-directed to PayPal. PayPal provides a highly encrypted environment to ensure that your payment is safe and secure. ANNATOMY does not store credit card details nor do we share any customer details with any third-parties. Annatomy.ph is protected through robust TLS/SSL encryption protocols.

This is a payment method that allows anybody to walk into any branch of Cebuana, 7-Eleven, Mulhuillier to pay for an order made on annatomy.ph. After you paid, ANNATOMY will receive notification of your payment and start processing your order.

This is a payment method that allows you to pay for the item(s) you ordered only when it gets delivered. When our delivery partner LBC arrives at your delivery address, you can pay with cash or with card through GCash for your order.

In short, almost everywhere. COD is available through Lalamove in Greater Manila Area, Cebu, and Pampanga. Elsewhere in the Philippines we use LBC. With over 1,600+ branches, LBC has the widest network of the country and covers most areas. That being said, there are some remote areas that are not covered by COD transactions.

ANNATOMY offers a pay-in-installment service through BillEase. This services allow you to buy now and pay for your purchase in installments through a repayment schedule. You can apply during the check-out process at annatomy.ph or through the BillEase app. To apply you need: one valid ID and recent proof of income and billing. After submitting this information, your application will be reviewed by BillEase. Once the approval decision is made, you will receive an email and SMS.

When using PayPal, OTC, or COD there could be additional charges to your order. PayPal could charge you a fee based on the total order price. The amount, if any, of the OTC charges are by discretion of the third-party partner. COD has an additional flat fee which is calculated during the check-out process at annatomy.ph.

Refunds

Any refund will be credited back to the payment method used to pay for the original order. If you used COD, we will need a bank account number and beneficiary name to process the refund. If you paid with a card, and your card has expired since you placed the order, please get in touch with us and let us know your new expiry date so we can process this. You’ll receive an email when your refund is in progress. We will process refunds within five working days.

If you think an item we’ve sent you is faulty, please declare this to us when returning your item, and provide a brief explanation of the fault. Once the item has been received it will be checked by our returns team to confirm if it is a manufacturing fault. If the item is deemed as faulty, your account will be credited accordingly. If the item is not deemed faulty we will return it to you with an explanation of our findings.

Please allow up to 7 days for your return/refund to be processed in full with monies returned back to your payment provider.

ANNATOMY will always aim to provide you with the highest standards of service. However, there may be an occasion when you feel you have cause to complain.
