Shipping

ANNATOMY ships its customer orders throughout the Philippines. Our preffered partners are LBC and Ninja Van We offer 2 shipping methods:

1) Standard Shipping: 1-2 days within Metro Manila. 3-7 days for the rest of the Philippines. This excludes Sundays, holidays and natural circumstances beyond one's control.

2) COD Shipping: Pay your order with Cash On Delivery, or by Card On Delivery through Gcash. Delivery time is the same as when choosing Standard Shipping.

Once your order is ready to be dispatched we will notify you by email. Once your package has been collected, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date and time. If you want to, you can change the delivery time to a more convenient moment, or change the delivery address or arrange a collection point.

*Our aim is to ship your order as soon as possible, subject to availability of stock and authorisation of your payment. There are some things we can’t control, like bad weather or disruption to the delivery service, but we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. COD Shipping: ₱100

You can select an alternative delivery address at the time of placing your order. If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order please contact us. Click here to visit our contact page. If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to change the details, dependent on what stage the delivery is in.

ANNATOMY currently only ships orders within the Philippines. We deliver everywhere in Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with an item you’ve purchased from annatomy.ph, we will be happy to give you a full refund. Note, ANNATOMY only process returns for bras, not briefs. ANNATOMY only accepts returns within 30 days after you received the order. Returns received outside this period will not be accepted, so please allow enough time for your item(s) to reach us.

ANNAMOTY only accept returns as long as all items are in its original condition, unwashed and has all its labels still attached.

To ensure items are suitable for return and in the interests of hygiene, we ask that you make sure no makeup or creams etc. come into contact with bras while you are trying them on. We reserve the right to refuse to refund where this clearly has not been adhered to.

We process returns in two ways:

Option 1) You arrange a scheduled pick-up with ANNATOMY. Please contact us to arrange a carrier to come and collect your parcel. Click here to visit our contact page.

Option 2) You drop the parcel of at a pick up point. In this case, returns postage is payable by the customer. The cost of the initial delivery charge is refundable when all items are returned within 30 days.

Note: To qualify for a refund, your items need to arrive back at our Fulfilment Center within 30 days from when you receive them. It is your responsibility to make sure that the purchased items are soundly packaged for transport back as returns.

We will let you know by email when your return has been received. Refunds will be processed as we receive your items, but please allow 2-3 days for shipment from Metro Manila, and 7-14 days for shipment from outside Metro. Refunds cannot be processed over the weekend.

Option 2) When you drop your parcel off at a pick up point, you will need to pay the postage. Under our 30 day free return policy, we can refund your postage.

Yes, you will be contacted by email once we have received your return.

It is unlikely that any of our customers receive faulty goods. However if you do receive anything that is not satisfactory please follow our returns process ensuring you mark the reason for return as faulty and provide a brief description of the fault found.

The item will be checked and if the fault is confirmed you will be credited for the item and also the delivery cost of the order. If the item is not deemed faulty upon inspection it will be returned to you.
